Better than your previous hyperbolic assertions. It's great you're loyal to this trainer as well, and from a customer perspective, it sounds like a loss. As per management/employee relations, I've seen some long-term retention (incl persons I met outside of Heritage) and they seem happy there, but it's possible that they wouldn't share discord.

Your right. Mathematically it would have to be only one person, of 22k, who has the same or equal experience to disprove my emotional assertion. You win.

However, while arguing the merits of the assertions is not unlike arguing if Russia meddled in the election vs. where the information was acquired from.
It misses the point of HTC losing highly qualified good people at a rapid rate relative to their competition. I believe in an employee first business model.
A happy employee makes a happy customer. This is a very important variable a fledgling business should concern themselves with.

I've been there twice since your response and both times I heard employees griping about something. Its concerning as a customer locked into a long term agreement where employee/customer interaction is obviously required.

More concerning is being in an area with very few choices to have an indoor facility to practice at with individuals who can instruct at a level not found in many places. HTC cannot live as a rental facility alone. That economic math clearly doesn't work. If instructor turnover chases away patrons it will not be able to cover the $10 million start up cost in addition to the daily operating expenses within in the next few years. It will go bankrupt. If it goes away the laws of supply and demand will drive up prices at the one facility that is left to be in a monopolistic state.

I love apples! So um, when is this community shoot going to happen?

Even when we act like @$$e$!

Not many people I'd rather be on the range with than Fidelity, DA, Minuteman, Blaster, MPDC4511, Clandestine...and yourself. God's honest truth. It's a place where we can put our differences aside and be real people and not be the wacky Internet personas that sometimes get confused for the real thing.

I've got nothing but respect for that guy.

I need to step up my game some more if you really feel that way about me.

You have been slacking lately! :lol2:

I just think it's hilarious that we're like 'Band Of Brothers' at the range and the minute we log-on to MDS, we're at each other's throats. It's a special kind of stupid and I really don't get it, Internet be damned.

I think it is a bunch of friends that allow the online shenanigans to continue, while knowing that anything online is said in jest. But then again I might be full of it, because I'm still half asleep. :D

I think what you meant was 'offline shenanigans' but I agree with you. I think a lot of people get caught-up in online topics they're really passionate about without understanding/realizing that they're the only one's really passionate about it. That's why I tend to stick to gun and shooting topics, although, I confess to a certain joy of being obnoxious every now and then, particularly in the political threads. Truth be known, I'm pretty a-political beyond the realm of 2A rights. I don't judge people by their politics, race, religion, nationality, sexual preference or gender identity. If they own a gun, if they support the Second Amendment and are patriotic there's a good chance we'll get along just fine. The only exception are Yankees fans. I can't stand them fvckers.

This is an overstatement too, if you do the math (because it's practically equivalent to what you said before). Moreover, do you know more than 100 members here? You're making sweeping statements based on very little information.

Since you brought it up, and you have a PhD, and I'm currently studying probability (poker), I'm kind of interested in seeing the math ;)

Of course I can't attest to each of their firearms capabilities.

At my place, over beer. What was the question?

You're in the unique position of knowing many real names too.

As per your second point, nor would you about the members that you don't know, which will obviously include a number with significant firearms and combat experience.

I took my HQL course at HTSC and took advantage of their 30 day free membership. Went there 6 times in 30 days, including with wife an daughter, and had a great experience each time. As part of the membership you are entitled to shoot all their rental guns. Was huge for me and made my purchase choice of a sig p226 a lot easier easy. Seriously thinking about joining.
