Update:
Ok, so today filed the assault charges from earlier this year, perp now has an additional assault, second degree charge.

Also filed a peace order against one of the guys that threatened me outside the courthouse, it was granted, don't know the second guy, so I am S.O.O.L. with him.

There is a procedure for an expedited wear and carry. I did all the paperwork, prints, photos, going to hand deliver to an assigned trooper tomorrow. Was advised to take all my NRA training docs, and Utah CCW to show I have had many hours of training, prior to completing my MD wear and carry training.

Still concerns me how the two individuals knew I would be at courthouse yesterday.

Agree, this is distressing on top of the other incidents. They are making an effort to go out to confront you, and you don't even know who some of these people are.

Courtney White is fake. Preys on the gun community. I would take my business elsewhere. To someone who is true to the values of patriotism, freedom, and liberty.

Thanks to Frosh bail is not set not by the harshness of the crime, status of flight risk, or danger to public. It is set on the ability they have to pay. If they have no ability to pay bail they will be set free, if they are low income they will have a low bail. Frosh wants to do away with the bail system completely and let these poor innocent criminals run free.
