They should group the peasants needing hearings by location and go out west one month and do the Western Maryland folks, the Eastern Shore next month and so on.

That, or take the level of commitment to make their meeting into account (meaning an automatic permit for anyone outside the I-95 axis).

Tall, kind of thin, grey hair & glasses, looks like it is Hollman from the picture on the firm's web site.

I am very excited to hear that the HPRB will be moving to Crownsville- I had attended a few when it was up in Reisterstown but the round trip was a pain in the butt. Crownsville means I should be able to attend them without much fuss.

I'm also encouraged by the move - it's as easy as getting to the BWI MSP Barracks. But there are a couple of drawbacks - the hospital is complex HUGE, and some of the buildings look to be a bit sketchy.

I do believe the state took over that property when the hospital closed so that was my first thought.
