Just going off the control number. I'm assuming they are sequential. When I did 2 form1s back in January they were 3 apart. Now the one I just did is 173k apart

Question: On the line on your disapproval notice where it gave the reason for the disapproval, was there also the name and email of your reviewer in the same font and color ? That's where I got my reviewer's name and email from.

Negatory. I called the main number and asked who my reviewer was since I couldn't make out the name from the signature and it's not printed anywhere. They gave me his name and transferred me to him so we spoke directly.

yup, that's what I did this morning. Hopefully it works out. If I have to wait, so be it. I don't have the funds to actually build out the lower and purchase an sbr length upper right now anyway.

Don't get discouraged. I once sent a resub and an email to Mr. Clutter and actually screwed up the resub. I put my self in the back of the line after that one. I learned a lesson from the wife today(retired Fed-38 years), always have someone else proof your submission before you send it in. If you don't have someone, wait til the next day and proof it yourself. I should listen to her more often.

Stamp was approved on 5/20 but possibly lost in the mail... My ffl said he's gonna call on Monday about getting a replacement one sent out. I hope this isn't gonna be a thing with dealing with this ffl. I still have 2 more suppressors that I had sent to him and awaiting stamps

I don't have anything pending anymore.

Although I am going to do 1 form1 suppressor and 1 9mm lower before the deadline. Obviously they won't be built for several months after approval and I've already moved. So I guess I'll do a permanent transfer form before building.

Atf says it can take up to 4 weeks for them to mail it out. I have seen it take up to 6 weeks in the past. But it worth a call. My last 1 took 3 weeks before I received it.
