It would be a pleasure to see you. I might have my wife and kids up there too. Weather and schedule will determine that.

I never make any New Year's resolutions to stop eating cookies, or lose weight. I generally set New Year's resolutions of what my workout goals are. Over time, the mileage ridden has dwindled from 5,000 a year to 500 a year. Quite sad.

However, I will be more than happy to eat the cookies of those that have sworn them off for the new year. lol

Could possibly be there and I will check with my son to see if he can make it too.

Teratos has to shoot with his eyes closed this year though.:D

I'm hoping to attend. Will bring at least +1, as my son wants to try his hand at trap. Though my hair is still a little sticky from last year's shoot.....

Shame that a 750 mile drive just makes it impossible Doc because I have a new improved hair gel formula for you to try out....:innocent0

Was just about to bump this up...

Looks like we're a gametime decision, as we may be headed up to see the kids.

Kids trump trap shooting. Hope you are able to make it to see your kids. If not, it will be nice to see you and everybody else on New Year's day. Think my kids and wife will be attending if the weather is warm enough. My wife has shot clays before, but I don't think she would be up for it in front of all you guys. She is self conscious when it comes to shooting and her ability level.

If she stands next to me, she will look like Ms. Miculek... I've never shot clays:o but I watched at last year's event... and... with a little tutoring, I should be able to do this...

Yeah, I really do not care how well you, she, or anybody else shoots. As long as somebody is out shooting safely and enjoying themselves, that is all that matters.

My wife isn't terrible at shooting. Granted, she isn't great either. Thing is, I shoot with my brothers most of the time and we can all shoot pretty decently. So, my competitive wife does not like to be at the bottom of the totem pole. Yet, she does not have the time or interest in shooting to get better. End of the story, she does not like shooting in front of a large group of people when she knows she will not do nearly as good as the people there that are shooting the best. So, it is no fun for her to shoot in front of a bunch of people, especially a bunch of men. Who knows, maybe she will see a bunch of women shooting and she will be willing to jump in. I'm bringing 20 gauge shells just in case.

If you need some tutoring, I will try to help you to the best of my ability, which might not be much. No guarantees that you will improve whatsoever, and you might actually end up shooting worse than before I give you advice.
