I finally finished break-in of my VEPR 12 a couple months ago. The brutality of the 3" magnums (on my shoulder) was well worth the result.

I have a few of the 12 round VEPR mags. I can only imagine the weight of that drum. The link you gave shows:

I used to have an 870 that I forever regret letting go. Picked up a Mossberg 930 over 4th of July weekend! (at a steeply discounted sale price too).


After browsing the owners manual it turns out the model I have with fiber optic sights is the "turkey taker"... which is pretty awesomely hilarious IMO.

Mesa Tactical has a shorter stock/ pistol grip kit they've prototyped and have had good results with. Apparently they'll start production in a few weeks

Then I had found a few other options that were fugly but they were a stock length butt with a pistol grip.
