When were you at Free State? I was there on Sunday afternoon and not a single glock to be had. No M&P, no XD, no Sig. Lots of FNX though.

really?! they usually have quite a bit there. i was in there early last week and they had quite a few sigs and a few m&p's. didn't really pay attention to the glocks. if you were there later in the evening they might have been putting things away already. last time i was in, i came out from the range and almost fell over when the shelves were bare. it was still a little more than an hour before closing, if i'm remembering correctly

I was there from 2-4pm. I'm looking for a G34 so I took a peek in the case and didn't see a single glock. I did see a guy doing paperwork on a P226 and now that I think about it there was Sig P250 in the case.

These staggering return dates are ridiculous!! If they had a more up to date way of doing things, they should process as received!! Pretty simple, as faxes arrive, they are stacked / filed as received and processed in the same order...... Simple task turned into a nightmare that one might swear is being run by toddlers!!!!

Well I just called MSP and the snarky bitch on the phone was no help. She told me to call the dealer, which I had already done and all they could tell me was that it wasn't back yet. I called MSP just to make sure that there weren't any errors in my filing and to verify that they had received it. She confirmed that it's currently, "in process" and will be, "a while longer". She said, "if you were in a hurry then you should have bought a gun last year before the rush". I did not argue, curse or pitch a fit. I thanked her for her time and hung up. Not a happy camper.

I think the backlog that does not seem to be diminishing -- combined with the web link and phone number being posted in many places has probably caused the number of inquiries to skyrocket also. They were quick and polite in the e-mail exchange I had with them on Friday -- unfortunately they could only confirm they had no record of me 6 weeks after the "purchase"

No govt-agency employee should ever talk like that to a member of the public

If it's true that Bass is getting back paperwork for those dates, I wonder what's up with mine and my husbands from 1/13/13 at On Target.

As of this past Saturday it has been 3 weeks since I filled out the paperwork for mine. The FFL I bought it from is good, and he said the wait was about 18 days back then.

i was just at The Gun Shop and they said they're looking at the 11th-13th or so. they said they haven't really seen anything come in for a few days. i filed for my MD collector's license while i was in there. i purchased on the 24th and would like to make at least two more purchases before the possible BS ban goes into effect. once that goes through i won't have to worry about the 30 day wait  btw, they have several full AR lowers (4 spike's, 1 PSA, and what looked like a new frontier poly) as well as 9, 40, 45, and 556 ammo (albeit rather pricey)

they really are. that's why i have no problem trying to send a bit of business their way by posting up about high demand items they currently have. i'm sure it'll all sell in no time anyway, but maybe i also helped someone on here to get something before it all gets bought up. i'm gunna shut up now and wait patiently for sometime late next week when maybe i'll hear something about my new lower

I just talked with MSP on my paper work that I filled out Jan 9th. I'm good to go. Hopefully I can get off work tomorrow and go pick my rifles up.
