Finally made it back to my house. Can't tell you how frustrated I am right now. Waited twelve hours or more to simply be shepherded through like cattle. It was ridiculous and shameful for this hearing to run this way. I will be calling my senator tomorrow and I will continue calling him until I get I actually speak to him to let him know what a farce this hearing was. Pure BS. How is it a public hearing when less than 50% of the people signed up to speak don't get to? This is not the way the democratic process is supposed to work.

On a lighter note, it was f-ing phenomenal to see thousands of people pack lawyers mall. I don't think we could have put one more person in there. Thanks to all who showed up. Let's hope it made a difference.

Don't want to start any drama but a friend (http://www.youtube.com/user/Digitalprophet4d83)that stayed up there and eventually got to tell the Senators that if this bill passes he is moving to VA sent me a disturbing pic. It was forwarded to him by a young lady that was riding with him on the trolly after the event and was allegedly taken around 2030 hours.

If you look closely the Senator is playing Chess during this important testimony, is our system flawed. How many people took off of work for this and they can't even listen to us. Wow, you pay these guys 200k a year and they can't even pretend to do their jobs... What do you think?

I am writing you this evening to express my dismay over the evidence that is now being presented of you playing chess on your computer while the people that you work for were addressing you and your fellow committee members tonight. If the political arena and the duties associated with it are no longer of concern to you, I would ask you to step down from your office and allow another person, one who would not dishonor themselves or their position in such a shameful way, to take your place. While I am not a resident of your district, I still wanted you to know that your actions did not go unnoticed and I am sure that I will not be the last one to let you know how poorly your actions have reflected on you to the peoples of this state. We will make sure it is remembered in November, 2014.

Does anyone have video captures of the various folks giving testimony?

Some of them were good enough to be put on youtube and shared with the conservative media.(If they don't mind of course) In particular Sheriff Jenkins, Patrick from MSI, the gentleman from NSSF, the folks from Beretta, the gentleman from AGC, and the 15yr old young lady. Oh and I wouldn't mind getting to watch the crazy anti lady again just for a laugh.
