Yes was a great time. I already started to look for the 2013 schedule.

I tell you its quicker to count what muscles dont hurt then ones that do.

And yes two new riflemen, well if an 11 year old counts. My son.

Brian you and Andy and Paul were awesome.


Everyone. Appleseed is one of the best classes I have taken. I have trained with federal agencies, local sherif depts. All the way up to SWAT level with NASA. I am certified NRA pistol, shotgun and patrol rifle instructor and in the process of becoming 4H shooting sports instructor.

This class was first rate. I encourage all to sign up for an appleseed event.

Well... the November Annapolis Appleseed class is history.. almost literally... We added our 98th & 99th Rifleman to the MD Cadre.. SOOO close to our 100th Rifleman ! Looks like y'all in the December class may have the person to make MD Appleseed history in your ranks... We'll see soon enough... only 5 weeks to go! Who's it gonna be?? You????

Hands down, some of the best times I've had in recent memory. Good folks, lots of learning, and great history. I've already talked two folks at work into going to Appleseed's near their homes.

Can't wait to do another one. I'd love to do a centerfire event, as soon as I can pick up an M1 from the CMP.

Joppa there's myself and another 6 guys from my office that will be at the shoot. Most of us I think are bringing bolt guns so it should be a bit more challenging.

I'm hoping it's cold so I can get this Winterseed badge I hear about.

Yeah, temps are all over the place. A few days ago they were saying 40's, last night the Weather Channel was saying low to mid 60's and now weather.com is forcasting mid to upper 50's. As long as the wind stays down, we should still be good.

Winterseed is typically Jan-Mar, IF conditions warrant.. The 2013 schedule will be announced any day now. There will be MD classes in each month, so be prepared to sign up quickly...

Also, the Dec class WILL produce our 100th Rifleman in Maryland.. It's gonna be a historic moment in the program...

After doing what you guys told me my shooting improved greatly. Learning how to use a sling properly was almost a religious experience! I had no idea they were so useful.
