    Hi:

New to the board, first post.

I have one question that I couldn't quite seem to find the answer to on the board. Here's the scenario: I have a bunch of M61 (.30) projectiles for sale (I'm in WI) and I had inquiry from a gentlemen in MD. I would like to know for sure whether or not the AP is legal to posses there, or if it can be shipped there. I do not want to unknowingly put myself or the buyer in a compromising situation. I'm not a dealer, retailer or anything like that, just a guy. To be clear, these are just the projectiles, not loaded ammunition, but are true armor piercing, not anti-personnel.

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Definitely not where you are!
You're fine, all the new laws in MD just made it an extra penalty if you used AP style ammo in commission of a crime.

Yeah, like I need tungsten or steel ammo when knocking off a 7/11... stupid laws from stupid law makers.
