That's what I did but there is definitely an option to submit a serial number. That's what my wife did.

why is the prerequisite unchecked? and i uploaded my certification for training that box is unchecked too....i can't pay fee!
My God msp site is horrible
lastly why is the prerequisite page blank when i do open it up?

Are you sure you're filling out the correct application? There are 2 paths.

I realized at one point that I had went out of order and it didn't let me continue. So make sure you go down the the list on the left column in order. It won't let you continue if you're doing the step wrong.

There are 2 separate processes: HQL Standard and HQL Training Exempt. That was the very first step. If you chose standard when you wanted exempt, you're doing the wrong app.

I'm on a tablet so I can't go to the site. Log out and then log back in. Then look at the matrix for your application and in one of the boxes it will state the type of application you started.

i did chose for standard

but i don't see the matrix for exempt? grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Can't really link to that page for you because I would be signed in as me.

But I did the same thing and went back to the beginning. It had two listed as pending for a few days, but it did not effect the one I correctly filled out.

i choose the hunters safety course it only asked for the date ?!?!?! it has no option for maryland police training commission

I used Hunter Safety too. I put in the date and scanned and uploaded the card or whatever we got from the class. I also took the NRA Basic Pistol years ago so I uploaded that as well.
