Hot weather: LC9 (9mm) IWB CBST, otherwise Kimber Super Carry Pro (.45 cal) IWB CBST. If I'm staying on the property, likely a Glock 17 (9mm) or the Kimber in a Blackhawk Serpa CQC.

I carry a Colt 1911 IWB or a Browing HiPower IWB and use leather holsters by TT Gunleathers. http://www.ttgunleather.com/ These holsters need to be broken in but they are very comfortable even with hours of wear with the right clothes. Not cheap (~$100), but the good stuff never is.

Full-size S&W M&P .40 cold weather.

M&P Shield .40 with warm weather, less cover.

And 9mm barrels and mags for both for range and training purposes.

Day 1... (I got my permit in the mail on Sat) I am carrying a Glock 21 in an Aker model 130, OWB with a cover garment… I need a better belt!

I got a cheap Uncle Mikes gun belt for gun games. I'm glad I went the cheap route, since I bought the 32-36 and with a 36/37 wasit it was too small. The 38-42 is huge, but I can make it work. If your 32-36 let me know.

When I could legally years ago, in the store and to and from, I carried a full sized 1911 IWB. Granted it was for only 4-8 hrs a day. I had my choice of literally dozens of guns to choose from (owned a gunshop) and I always went to the 45.
