I'd like to find another Johnson JSAR, sold mine when times were tight.
    Also a G.43, Volkssturmgewehr VG-1 (Walther) and VG-2 (Spreewerk), maybe M1C or D

appreciate the advice. was gonna use a 700 action 270 / 30.06 gonna change my mind.
picked up a bunch of Remington Swede "cheap" gotz dies, brass, bullets, but no gun.
    ...yet....

Well, it can be done but machine work to the bolt face will be required if you are using true Swede brass. The case head is larger than 270/3006. If you are going that far on a 700, go ahead and have an m5 badger extractor installed.

yeah..learning that also about "true Swede brass" . pretty much knew the bolt face needed work, but think I will go
with your suggestions. been wanting a Swede for a while now, just lost out bidding on a Rem 700 Classic in Swede
it kept going up and up.. appreciate the advice

I have shot a tremendous variety of class 3 stuff over the years. But, I have never owned any. At this point in life, I really do not want to buy any full auto. But something suppressed would be nice. A Lisle carbine (replica?) would fit the bill. Other than that, I would like a Henry Rifle (new original iron framed).

Ah yes. I was in the Army from 82 to 92 and would love an M16A1. A guy had one for sale years ago at the Chantilly show circa 2013 and I think he wanted 17K for it. I would have bought it but had no clue how that worked at the time, not to mention my wife would have crapped a brick. Aren't these like 22- 25 now?

Not sure of the price but I can think of worse ways to spend 25k, heck people buy Kia’s and Hyundais…
