I rather like it...I just wish they'd made it in Gen 4. Better mag release and I feel personally that the Gen 3 frames are too slippery.

It's basically a 36 slide on a 30sf frame, which people have been doing for years. You get the slim slide from the single stack 36 plus the extra round capacity from the 30sf frame. Cuts down on weight and size, which appeals to law enforcement as well as civilians. All Glock had to do was put "30s" on the slides they were already making for the 36 and put them on 30sf frames which were already being made and just like that, a "new" gun is born.
