Welder/metal fab wanted near Baltimore

I’m looking for someone that can do some basic welding and fab work near Baltimore. I picked up an old go kart and need some basic frame welding to make it fit for a smaller child, weld on some seat belt attachments and possible fab out a basic roll bar behind the seat.

Calling around it seems like to small of a job for most places locally. Any leads would be appreciated!
