Isnt terribly difficult but respect must be paid to the batteries and making sure of no shorts.

Also finding the parts you like and are best for certain situations take some trial and error.

Im careful how I drive things and I make sure to have discussions with everyone who has a light about treating the cells with respect. Also make sure to point them in the right direction for chargers or just buy the charger and hand it to them so they dont buy a junk one.

You are talking like a commercial search light! Ive seen where people have modded spot lights and got some very imprrssive results but no I havent built anything that high of voltage and that tight of a beam would be hard to accomplish.
