I REALLY hope his lawyer makes that part of the defense, not truly relying on it in any way, but arguing it just to drag Biden into it to give him a black eye for his stupidity.

The guy left his apartment and went out on patrol looking for the bad guy who starting walking away after he saw the vet. The vet fired a warning shot to try and make him stop. I think the vet screwed up if that's how it went down.

That's the way I'm reading it.

And, I guess I'm a little confused why we are referring to the guy as a "vet", respectfully,.....whats the difference? Makes no difference really to me or the law. If you are shooting at people who are actively fleeing, and they aren't even carrying away your TV? You're doing it wrong.

He charges the Secret Service agents that protect him for rent, so no. But if he did, he'd likely put up for the defense of the felon to beat the warrants out for him.
