I want to put a muzzle brake on my Vepr 54r to reduce muzzle rise, recoil and look good. I don't care about blast or flash, in fact, the bigger the better.

I have checked and I have found the Lantec dragon has a lot of good reviews, but even the on sale price I found of $80 was a bit expensive to me.

Thr tapco AK74 Style muzzle brake looks pretty good too.

I try to limit it under $50. What are you running on your AK or Vepr?

    Thanks

Originally I had a tapco brake on mine until it broke into multiple pieces. Now I have a CRH 3 port and would use nothing but for the 54R round. Eliminates the recoil but chases away other shooters on either side of you. Same design as the SRVV Jet brake.

The brake you got has pretty good reviews, but for now it's a bit bulky looking for me. I heard about the tapco brake got shot into piece, which something I don't want.
