    Kinda bummed to find out that Bradford County does not issue non-res permits. I spend most of my PA time there.

    I'm not sure if you referencing that county because it's more convenient for you to apply there?

    A permit issued by one PA county is valid in all PA counties.

    Many, like York, are very convenient and offer an efficient, streamlined application process.

    Exactly. I was in/out of Lancaster in less than 30 min.
