    (As others have suggested, I'd go with an out-of-state purchase, rather than unblocking mags purchased in MD. Seems like less effort, given that you'd have to drive over the border in either case.)

    Some people travel out of state, but not near gun stores daily for work. :)

    The idea is dont buy any of those blocked mags. Just go out of state and buy all your needs... Patronized the one that gives you freedom...;)

    If I go over the state line, is it legal for me to unblock my magazines so they are not limited to 10 rounds? Then use them in MD? I don't want to run into any issues at a range or anything
    I'd recommend against doing it in DC. :cool:

    Just make sure to disable the GPS, the camera, and the audio recording device under the magazine follower first.

    I think you have this backwards... the gps and recording devices will provide helpful evidence to prove he was outside the state of maryland when he 'manufactured' a magazine capable of holding > 10 rounds. Turn those cameras and gps's on!
