Transfer question

I had bought a handgun 2 months ago went to MSP and filled out the paperwork, the guy and I have just been able to meet up to do the transfer and sign the paperwork. My question is he’s not sure he wants to sell the gun now and I can just put the money toward another purchase do I have to sign the transfer send it back to MSP or just do nothing and he is still the owner? Any insight?

call the MSP or ffl you guys used.. they need to void it somehow.. if its not returned it may add to your waiting period.

I think after 30 days things have to be reprocessed. I would call MSP and see what to do.

if you were approved by the MSP, the gun is in your name.
