    Amongst the Deplorables, SC.
Mag fed only , Ares MCR carbine.
Semi auto , beta c mag, 4x optic, Parker hale bipod.

I'm experimenting with a civilian alternative to the USMC IAR. The hk m27.
The mcr can be upgraded to dual feed( m27 linked ammo or stanag mags).

Comparing the beltfed vs mag fed versions. I find the mag fed mcr to be lighter , more maneuverable, faster to reload and more reliable. Beltfeds can be finicky at times. This may also be a better suppressor host due to the self regulating piston system.

I'm thinking about adding a slide fire stock and and elf man trigger. That should make it more fun. Btw. The mcr is an hbar. It should be md legal.

That's evil and should be banned....

My quasi-SPR build. The A2 stock just came in today, so I haven't had a chance to test fire it. I still need to throw a Geissele trigger in there, and I was thinking about a bipod but not sure if I want the weight.

    Thanks all.

I had my tacticool funzies with my first AR. I'm really digging the more minimal look of this one. Now that I've tried an A2 stock, I may never do another carbine :)

Thank you. 16" FN Barrel and 15" BCM KMR.

That turned out great! I heard that rail warps due to the aluminum/magnesium, have you ran into such things? Considering getting that same rail in the future (possibly the 13") model, due to how crazy light those things are! :D
