That is a prewar model, the eagle/n is just the standard proof mark they used back then when its tested. That is not a police/military mark.

I would assume that, but I am not a expert on these. I just recently learned some info. I think that's a fair bet to assume though as they prolly came with 2 mags from the factory.

So I worked out a trade with someone on here for this gun as I didn't have much financially invested in it and I don't have a connection to it yet since I just got it. I traded for a Norinco 1911a1 with a lot of custom work done to it, 3 mags, 200rds of 45 and a some cash.
