I have a mid-length F post front sight on right now, but I really like my other set-up where I can fold down my BUIS sights and use my red-dot or scope without any interference. Is free-floating your barrel especially for 16" barrel, and shooting max shooting distances of 300/400m really going to make any differences in accuracy?

Looking @ the TROY TRX hanguards right now... other suggestions?

    Pre thanks!

Go for the Troys. IMHO you can't do better for the money.

can it make a difference in accuracy...yes.
can most people shoot their rifle well enough to notice...no
not saying anything about you specifically just what i have seen over the years.
ff offers some other options when talking about mounting swivels, lights, fore grips etc. there are several really nice ones. it depends on what you are looking for. the new trend is a tubular style system. if you are looking for a quad rail DD makes some nice ones that are extremely light also. i prefer a f front sight post with an moe hg. i run that set up on both my midlengths and carbines.
