I think it sounds like a good deal Taurus Guns are pretty good I had a PT140 (Millieum Pro 40Cal) and a 85 (Snub nose 38 Spl) they were both good guns but I parted with them to aquire a Glock 23

You can buy them for $332 NEW ............

Is it on the approved Handgun Roster??? I didn't see it, but could have missed a new entry.

Yep, your 5th entry of your list shows that it is approved, so you are good to go !
Thanks to Nighthawk for the confirmation ..........

Just make sure -- if this guy is selling you a new handgun......meaning never before transfered --- that he has the required spent shell casing MD requires. I have missed out on a LOT of great handgun deals because the distributor didn't have the spent shell casing. If the gun is used ..............none of this applies.

    Good luck

Also, Taurus no longer ships gun from them to whole sale distributors with the shell casing. But AmChar Whole Sale in NY is able to get a fired case since NY requires this as well as MD. I've called up there a couple times and asked for a Taurus on like a Monday, they take it to their certified shell collector, fire it and ship it right to me. I can have it by the end of the week. If anyone goes to their local dealer here in MD and asks for a Taurus and they say, "no can do". Tell them to call AmChar. They've been good to me.
