Minuteman,

The first clip is just a live search warrant execution.

However clip (2) is one we use in class to show SWAT what can happen when things go bad....

Maricopa County Sheriffs Deputy and SWAT Team leader Glenn Poe was shot by a suspect 17 times with an Automatic M4 and sustained life threatening injuries as they attempted to serve a warrant. We use this to show SWAT students how quickly things can go bad. The video is below:

And from what I've seen on the interwebs (the Air Canada airplane boarding immediately comes to mind) maybe you could train these guys to:

- Yell the same thing at the same time or have ONLY the Team Lead yell commands
- Ratchet down the adrenalin. You're not going to the sandbox.
