Son got his first goose

My son and I went out yesterday, it was his first hunt (he's 13)and I haven't been able to find the time to hunt in the last 15 years or so. A buddy of mine took is out, my first shot dropped a goose 15 yards out, the next solo that flew by my son knocked out of the air. We only got 3 yesterday, but the look on my sons face was priceless, he's hooked and I'm sure we will be finding a lot more time in future to go out.

I love hearing stories like this. I hope there is a follow up on how much enjoyed preparing and eating the bird. This is something that I've always wanted to do, but haven't yet. He's a lucky fellow.
