Picked this up a couple of weeks ago. A rather common Walther PP made in mid to late '44.In addition to that what caught my attention was the holster it came in, a extremely rare NSFK marked holster. The NSFK was the civilian airforce prior to the Luftwaffe .They trained many Luftwaffe pilots before and early in WW2. Not many times do you see a holster that is more valuble than the pistol. The PP is in great shape also about 99% of the late war finish is present with a nice bore . One original clip with the ammo still in it.

I just about fell out of my chair, that is amazing.

Best part was I picked this up 6 miles from my house. I look for WW2 stuff constantly and am usually disappointed with what I see when I arrive ,sometimes driving a few hours. And this was practically right under my nose.

Very nice find. I am in the market for German "marked" firearms from WWII like the Luger 9mm. Iron Eagle, Waffen or other markings will suffice. That holster is, im sure of the very best quality.

Congratulations on a spectacular find! It's nice that the experts over on the Walther forum concurred that it's an original mark on the holster (these are so sought after that there's a strong market for fakes). RIA auctioned one of these holsters off about a year ago and it hammered for $2000. Throw in their obscene 20% premium and the buyer shelled out $2400 for it. Indeed, worth more than the Walther, which would fetch somewhere in the $1-1200k range these days.
