well it looks like to me it is just a prettier version of the of the standard sig 226 . You really could not do much to a sig 226 to make it much better then it already is . If it is in the budget then I say go for it .
Sig has come up with a lot of marketing gimmicks to appeal to younger shooters. Guns like the 226 extreme with practical features as well as some "bling" create some excitement among new buyers. Fortunately, the basic guns remain intact.
