If HB 579 passes the Senate, it goes back to the House of Delegate's Judiciary Committee.

Must pass the House Judiciary Committee before going to the House floor. Probably should blast the House Judiciary Committee, just in case....

At this moment, there is still no budget. Everything else is a side show.

FWIW...Senate finished with run through of outstanding Senate bills....Budget bill has an agreement, but with 250M dollar cut unless Finnace can come up with agreed plan to finance the budget...

Started on run thru of HBills....HB 6 now being discussed.....IF I hear correctly....

I have gotten a lot of responses from Delegates saying that they will not support this bill with the amendments.
