How do I sell a gun to a PA resident if I currently live in MD?

I need to sell a handgun and a rifle to a resident of PA but I live in MD so can I go to the PA Police Barracks and do the transfer for cheap or do I have to use an FFL?

Federal law says the transaction must go through an FFL.

The handgun must go through an FFL in the buyers state of residence.

You drive to the FFL or ship to the FFL (likely with a copy of your drivers license)... the FFL handles the rest of the transaction. If you have a copy of the original receipt, you can send that to for the new owner (not that it actually is needed).

You can drive to the FFL in any case with it's not an issue. For example... don't drive to MA, NJ, CA, IL, and other commie places.
