This nonsense needs to stop. Judges need to start doing their job. We shouldn’t have to sue these azzholes every freaking time they violate our rights.

Unfortunately there are almost no constitutional mechanisms in place that would allow a court (especially SCOTUS) to scan every municipal, county, state, and even federal executive, legislative, law enforcement, lower judiciary, and regulatory body for any action that we’d consider a violation. Somebody with standing has to bring stuff TO the court.

Oh I understand, I just don’t like the fact that we have to wait so long because judges can’t follow the Constitution

How can the government decide what happens on private property?
ADA. Civil rights act. Clean water act. Clean air act. Government has an extremely long history of telling people what they can do on their property.
