Unfortunately there are almost no constitutional mechanisms in place that would allow a court (especially SCOTUS) to scan every municipal, county, state, and even federal executive, legislative, law enforcement, lower judiciary, and regulatory body for any action that we’d consider a violation. Somebody with standing has to bring stuff TO the court.This nonsense needs to stop. Judges need to start doing their job. We shouldn’t have to sue these azzholes every freaking time they violate our rights.
