In Marks defense (and my own), with trying to track 70+ cases, we're overworked!

And you're only trying to track and report. I can't imagine how busy Gura and co must be, though of course, it is their day job. Thanks to you guys for helping us stay informed.

Some speculation here, but if the date for orals(or the case disposition or submission) is February 12th, there's another case that day and judges are listed: http://www.ca3.uscourts.gov/calendar/07_9005LIST.pdf

    Thomas M. Hardiman-Bush 43
    Walter King Stapleton-Reagan
    Maryanne Trump Barry-Clinton

Would this likely be the panel for Piszczatoski too?

Press1280, you are up on this. That is a good guess. Not conclusive, but a good guess. The 3d could have other panels sitting that day or a different composition of 3 judges, so we shall see. None of these 3 judges were on the MARZZARELLA panel, although Hardiman wrote U.S. v. Barton 633 F.3d 168 C.A.3 (Pa.),2011, sustaining 922(g) against 2A attack, with some no so good language about the "core" right in the home. Neither of the other two judges have been on a 2A panel thus far.
