And its hard to get photos of nickel and chrome....

Hey at least you've got decent firearms. Personally I wouldn't pay much for them but I wouldn't walk away from a deal. Return that old black Army to it's original form and it would be worth a little more.
As for the 9mms, they're okay but not my preference. John Browning doesn't care how you mess with his brainchildren, he's been dead for years.

WWII Remington Rand that had been cold blued. Sending out to be Parkerized soon so that it returns to a more correct look.

Fortunately, I'm not knowledgeable enough to be offended by stuff like "blued instead of parked". :D
Though I have to admit that the first 1911, does look very Ghetto. Not sure I could keep that one without doing something to it. lol

I've got a couple of PPKs that were refinished. It's a good way to pick up guns cheap.

Got this M38 Carcano that I saved from a friend whos grandfather apparently sporterized it after he brought it back from the war (its what the story is, I don't know if its true). Thankfully it hasn't been drilled and tapped and I can get the parts to restore it. Its a 7.35 M38 but the real kicker is that its NOT [SA] marked

I agree. Generally when I'm getting into a particular type of gun, the first one I buy is a "beater," with little or no collector value. It scratches the itch while I learn more about the gun, and can be shot without stressing about breaking something rare or valuable. Especially with 1911s, there's lots of refinished ones out there, and ones with aftermarket sights, that sell a lot cheaper than pristine ones.
