Rifles at On Target?

Can rifles be used at On Target? 22LR, 223?

22LR is allowed, no 223.

You can shoot .223 at Freestate. I don't remember the limits, but I have shot .223 there.

You can shoot any pistol caliber rifle, basically no bottle neck type rounds is what I've been told

Frangible ammo only, I believe.

I don't recall PMC FMJ being frangible and that's what I shoot there. You're thinking of Horst and McCann in Belair who had the frangible rule.

That is how I understand it as well.

Why shoot a rifle inside ?? A outdoor range is the thing the weather is great .

Because the weather is not always great.

Because the indoor range might be much closer than the outdoor range.

You might be shooting mainly handgun, but want to put a few rounds through a rifle.
