    Neither will be confiscated, both will likely be harder to get.

    In the eyes of the state they will be equal, unless you're talking about a semi-auto that has a certain yet-to-be-determined mag size.

    If I were to purchase a handgun right now, it would be something with a standard mag capacity over 10 rounds. You can always get your revolver or 1911 after October 31st.

    If you're willing to be "licensed" to get another handgun. I won't say no but I don't plan on doing that. My intent is to not buy another handgun if this passes until it's overturned in court or I move to a normal state.
