I have a very nice Remington Model 81-B in 300 Savage. Any idea what it's worth? I found on Blue Book of Gun Values that the "B" model is worth 60% more than a regular model. I want to sell this gun but have no idea what a real value for it is. Any information that you folks can enlighten me with would be great! Thank you in advance for the help! I can send pictures to a phone or email if anyone wants to see it. Feel free to PM me if any of you have an interest in it.

I know that they aren't common and that the FBI used it's predecessor in the hunt of Bonnie and Clyde. Most of them I've ever seen were .30 Remington.

I'm a little jealous you have one in .300 Savage, to be honest. I like the caliber and think the action in the Model 81 is cool.

PM me with a cell number or email and I can send a picture. It has a very interesting stock on it.
