I just purchased 38 caliber 158 grain lead round nose bullets. They are .358 diameter. I am planning to use these to reload 38 special. I know that this caliber is .357. Do I have to resize these or can I use them as is?

    Use as is...
Lead bullets are generally sized larger than jacketed.
In .44 magnum I shoot .430 jacketed and .432 lead.

Hi,, have these bullets been lubed and sized allready ? if they have they are ready to load, if you cast them you need to run them through a lubricator sizer before you load them. and size them to 358.

Use them as is..as mentioned above if they are already "lubed" and sized you are good to go ...load away..one thing to consider is the seater die "plug" for the bullet type round nose, semiwadcutter..etc. it keeps the aligment better..
