Received My First C&R Purchases Today

UPS dropped off my Nagant 1895 revolver, Mosin Nagant M91/30 Sniper Rifle and 200 Rounds of 7.62 Nagant ammo.
Does the ammo need to be recorded in the C&R Log?

Correction, so called "armor piercing ammo" for handguns must be recorded when dispossesed. It is highly unlikely any of us will ever have to though.
