Good article. The only qualm I have is the reference to NYC stop and frisk policy. A thorough analysis (of over 10 years worth of data) shows that it was not as effective as it was made out to be. NYPD could have situated themselves on the corner of wall st and probably bagged more coke snorters than they did guns.
