i've hang out w/ him past couple of weeks and seen him run down from the shotgun range to stop a guy doing double tapping at the bottom range.. few weeks back.

Any place inside Baltimore City is GTG for Rapid fire Weapons Discharges, even Bows and Arrows.

what about chucking spears? thats definitely harder then a pistol or bow + arrow, and takes practice.
