Thank you all for the suggestions.

My son is in the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech and also Army ROTC so I'm hoping the Mead range will take that into consideration for membership.

Another for Delmarva. Thats my go to. No membership required and overall nice spot to shoot.

I haven't been to many rifle ranges but Delmarva is hands down the best I've ever been to. I've had friends tell me about a long range in PA but can't remember the name. I wouldn't rule out driving out to Western, MD or the Eastern shore to door knock for permission to shoot during the spring and summer months.

PNTC in Glengary, WV. Independence range goes out to 300, but on Frontier practice days, the Frontier range goes over 1k yards.

Appreciate the suggestions. I reached out to Mead Rifle and Pistol club several times but never hear back. Hoping to get to Delmarva next weekend. Will let yall know how it goes.

I stocked up on some quality 30-06 ammo...shit is expense.

If you go to Zeke's, take a spotting scope/target stand becuase I would suspect with warmer weather it may be elbow to elbow with little to no time for pasting targets on some days.
