Radical Firearms or Hardened Arms Upper?

I'm looking to pick up a complete upper and spend about $250-400 tops on it. I've come across these 2 companies through the forums but was wondering if anyone has had or heard of any recent experience with these?

Or if there is anything better out there in my price range. I was originally going to go with BCM but they are upwards of $700+.

I bought a 7.5" upper and I have had no problems with it from Harden arms.

Check out red x arms there cheap and so far been happy with them. I have about 4-500 rds through mine

When I was researching for a pistol upper, I had decided on a Hardened Arms over Radical Arms, however the one I wanted went OOS and hasnt been available since. Based on the reviews I read Hardened Arms is just a smaller company and still has good quality for the price.

My pistol is a radical 10.5" upper. No problems yet 500 rds since new.

X2 - I have a Radical 10.5" 5.56 upper and am very happy.
Probably have put 500 rounds (Wolf Gold .223 and Winchester 5.56) through it with no issues.
