Looking into getting a suppressor for my .308/.223 and just trying to figure out the easiest way to obtain one.

How many of you MD guys have used Quicken Willmaker?

Im just looking for the simplest route and it's most likely gonna be for just 1 .30 cal suppresor to run on all my rifles.

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Thanks Brett

My trust is through quicken willmaker

Used 2009, because the trust forms where dropped in 2010. I don't know anything about 2011.

It was good enough for my AOWs. Am going to start purchasing Silencers this year.

The software is easy to use. The help explains the questions very well .

The hardest part is who you trust enough to declare you incapacitated, who can act in your stead, who gets what is the easy part.

Did the framework of mine with Quicken too, but then modified it a bit to add some NFA specific language. Worked fine for my first stamp. Awaiting signs of life in WV for my second...

    Keep the faith.

I did the same thing on my second. If it was good enough for the first, it's good for all.

I found out the folks reviewing these are legal eagles.

I submitted a 5320.20 with my middle initial, instead of my middle name. They squared me away. They are very helpful too.

Yes, but is Quicken Willmaker just as good as an attorney's work product? :brows:

Problem is, I submitted it early November and the check still hasn't cleared. Guess I should call and see if they have received anything.

When you do your trust, take into account all of the NFA possibilities, not just your current wants.

It'll make it easier, if you wish to expand your horizons in the future.

Inigoes, and chance you can scan a copy of yours and black out the personal info? Would be great to have a template that works. I downloaded Willmaker today and kind would like to know where to start. Beats the hell out of paying some lawyer 350+ to basically print a template.

Ah No. Mine is a little more than a simple NFA trust.

I've been where you guys are currently, the NFA threads are a great resource.

To clarify, I am going to use a combination of MDshooter's trust and see what quicken will produce. I need to brush up on MD trust law a little before I start churning one out.

What dealer do you guys recomend going through for NFA stuff?

Oh and for those without Word - download OpenOffice at OpenOffice.org FREE and works very well.
