Had a screw get stripped in my AFG2; emailed Dan in Tech Support and Trisha in Customer Service. Both got back to me extremely quickly, and I was only on hold for a few minutes. So glad that in addition to being strong 2A supporters the company can be added to the list I have of great customer service. I told them I was willing to pay for the part and shipping as it was most likely my fault the thing got stripped, but they sent it out free of charge. Definitely glad to be supporting a company like this with my business.
