If I have purchased a suppressor from them before, do I have to do the application, fingerprints and photo again for the second can?

If it has been more than 12 months you have to do a new photo. As far as I am aware, finger prints don’t need to be redone as they just keep them on file and resubmit them with your new application.

Can confirm. If it’s been over 12 months, a new photo must be taken, otherwise everything is saved from your last transaction.
