Does anyone have any preban magazines, or know where I could pick up a 5 or 10 rounder locally? I am going to see visit family in NY at Christmas. My AR is otherwise NY legal, but NY has a 10rd mag. cap limit unless they are pre-94. Yeah, NY is worse than Maryland.

IF there was a gunshow you probably could pick-up some colt vintage mags, they are very easy to spot but demand a small premium (about $25 each). I have a stack of them but not keen on parting with them.

    Thanks,
I know of a few sources online. I just hate to pay shipping for 1 or 2 handicapped mags.

Its a shame AIM doesnt have stubby mags........they have $0.01 shipping (and very quick) but I think the smallest is 20 they carry.

Put a .50 beowulf upper on it... LOL, it's now less than 10 rounds in the mag. ;)

    Mark P,

The thought has crossed my mind. With budget being a concern at the moment... I think a handicapped magazine will be cheaper.

I have 2 in decent shape that have seen use but still function flawless(finish wear). Im out here in washington county . Just a few miles from Sheperdstown or Harpers ferry. where we could do the sell. I would take 3 20 rd mags (usgi contract) or 40$ for the 2

    3-92
    5-92

both of them are Center Industries floor plate marked
