Last year I purchased some Wolf Gold .30-30 to try in my Winchester '94. I know Wolf isn't known for the highest quality ammo but this was just to shoot the rifle since I had never shot it before (it was my Grandpa's). Wolf Gold is brass cased so I was more inclined to use it.

Yesterday I took the rifle out to check for zero in preparation for deer season. Went to load some of the ammo and, low and behold, I noticed a PPU (Prvi Partizan) headstamp on the ammo. I've used PPU a lot and find their ammo to be of great quality.

Anyone else noticed this with any other calibers of Wolf Gold? Does this indicate that Prvi is making the Wolf Gold or could Wolf just be buying their brass for use? I may be more inclined to buy it in the future after noticing the headstamp

Is this a true Copper Jacketed bullet or is it still the bimetal jacket (i.e. magnetic)?
