Been a year, cleared all the hurdles but nothing yet.

Murphys Law says you'll get a favorable ruling around the 23rd and permits shortly afterward. Reason?
I'm moving to Florida on the 23rd, simply had more than I can take with this crummy State! All I have to do is dust of my Florida permit which I got easily and quickly about 6 months ago...no fuss no muss.

So I wish you all well, will follow your progress from down there to see if anything short of a full fledged rebellion will win you your Constitutional rights!

Mailed my application on 3/17/12. I mean, it hasn't even been a year.

How can they charge you for that and then over a year later not have offered you either your money back or your permit? To me that is stealing. If I said to someone hey Ill sell you a car just give me the money now and I'll get back to you, a week wouldn't go by before the cops were banging on your door for stealing... but it's ok for them to do it... criminal.

Not denied....just haven't applied, I decided to wait out the final ruling.

BTW it only took a little over a month to get my Utah permit...and I have never been to Utah

I've not been denied, and I've been through the whole process. The whole process, that is, except being given my damn permit.

At least, I feel better telling the judicary commitee on 3/6 that their laws are unconstitutional and they need to recognize our fundemental civil rights.

If you applied a year ago and have not been denied yet I would say that you are in the holding pattern like most of us.
