How long does it keep?

Only about a year unopened. Taste diminishes over time after open.

I use it for mineral sites for deer, mix it with salt and brown sugar and they dig holes eating the dirt

I like it blended with milk, a little ice and an over ripe banana.

I use powdered peanut butter to test how smart new kitchen staff are.

I give them a tbsp full of it out of the jar and if they eat it, they are on dishes. If not, they go to prep. If they say "this crap is not meant to be eaten without reconstitution" but do it anyway, they get a triple shot latte and are sent to the cook line.
